Sub-series consists of correspondence, financial records, printed material, legal documents, and photographs relating to the create of the student yearbook, The Record.

The series consistes of newsletters, journals, brochures, monographs, press releases, announcements and general posters created or issued by KSU - 2 copies of each title, when available. The files include preparation, printing and publication records related to each title.

Among the publications in this series are the annual Student Handbook and the yearbook; The Record, the monthly magazine; The Watch and its predecessors; and newsletters telling of events on campus, such as TWAK (This Week at King's). The series also includes some pages printed from the KSU website, www.ksu.ca.
