The series comprises records relating to the administration of the athletics program at the University of King's College.

Included are photocopy and film licensing agreements; statistical surveys; agreements with Dalhousie; job descriptions of each Library staff position, payroll documentation from 1989-2005, complaint/suggestion forms from 1991-2000. The series also includes personnel files for staff members, containing job offers, salary details, and some correspondence for the staff and student assistants who worked in the library between the years of 1980 and 2004. Series includes schedules and staffing studies.

The Arthur L. Chase Memorial Student's Loan Fund was created in 1936. It provided loans for male students in need. A board was appointed each year to award the loans. It consisted of the President, a faculty member, and a Board member. More information can be found in Calendars of the time.
