University of King's CollegeThe Development Fund Campaign began in the mid-1950s. It continued on, in a disappointing capacity, until 1966. Those involved with the effort include organizer Mr. Carnie; executive secretary Rev. Mr. Cochran; Halifax chair Mr. Lynch; Mr. Hazen, a later supervisor; Clarence l Morrow, who accepted the position of Chairman in 1959 and who was later named general Treasurer; and Mr. Doig, who acted as secretary of the Development Fund Committee.
