This series contains reports surrounding the creation and collapse of the Atlantic School of Journalism and Communication. It also contains documents outlining the establishment of the School of Journalism in 1978 as a University of King's College program. There are also feasibility reports and external reviews of the 1978 School.

The majority of the documents are invoices and purchase orders for classes, faculty, equipment, and administrative needs. Sub-series contains more general documents, such as budget reports, but not in any comprehensive manner.
