The series consists of textual records relating to the running of the H.M.C.S. Wardroom, the student pub. Time allotted for this grant project does not permit this series to be arranged and described during this project, so these records will be processed at a later date.

The series consistes of newsletters, journals, brochures, monographs, press releases, announcements and general posters created or issued by KSU - 2 copies of each title, when available. The files include preparation, printing and publication records related to each title.
Among the publications in this series are the annual Student Handbook and the yearbook; The Record, the monthly magazine; The Watch and its predecessors; and newsletters telling of events on campus, such as TWAK (This Week at King's). The series also includes some pages printed from the KSU website, www.ksu.ca.
