Sub-series contains policies concerning Human Immunodeficiency Virus and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome; honouria; and parliamentary procedure.

The series consistes of newsletters, journals, brochures, monographs, press releases, announcements and general posters created or issued by KSU - 2 copies of each title, when available. The files include preparation, printing and publication records related to each title.

Among the publications in this series are the annual Student Handbook and the yearbook; The Record, the monthly magazine; The Watch and its predecessors; and newsletters telling of events on campus, such as TWAK (This Week at King's). The series also includes some pages printed from the KSU website, www.ksu.ca.
