Sub-series consists of documents concerning the incorporation and by-laws of the KSU. It includes the Certificate of Incorporation from 1969, copies of the Memorandum of Association, and various copies of By-Laws from different years. It also includes correspondence and statements from the Nova Scotia Registry of Joint Stock Companies.

The series contains the founding documents of the modem student government at the University of King's College. Incorporating documents, Constitutions, internal laws, and policies that govern KSU Council decisions and how KSU conducts its business.
