The series consists of records relating to the work and special activities of the KSU carried out pursuant to its mandate, including documentation of committees, functions and projects related to the work of KSU.

One of the largest sub-series is KSU.4.5, Orientation/Frosh Week records, which contains tee-shirts, programs and memorabilia. KSU's activism campaigns are here, as are subject files on issues in which KSU has been involved, such as AIDS, anti-racism, and sexual harassment. In addition, correspondence between KSU and other King's entities are included in this series.
