Sub-series consists of promotional material, student services handbooks, and other records relating to student and campus life.

Sub-series consists of records relating to Orientation Week, also known as Frosh Week. These include correspondence, printed material, financial records, and legal documents, as well as Frosh Week themed t-shirts and bags.

The series consists of textual records relating to the running of the H.M.C.S. Wardroom, the student pub. Time allotted for this grant project does not permit this series to be arranged and described during this project, so these records will be processed at a later date.

The series consists of materials produced by many of the Student Societies that have flourished at King's. Among them are the minute books of the oldest college debating society in North America the Quintilian, founded in 1845; North America's longest standing collegial literary society, the Haliburton, established in 1884; a lively dramatic society, King's Theatrical Society, founded in 1931, the largest per capita student theatre society in North America; the Day Students'
Society; and numerous student groups reflecting the special interests of King's College students over the years, such as the [blank], the [blank], and the [blank].

Although the oldest societies pre-date the KSU, they have been included here because they are now funded by KSU.

The files include publications issued by a society.

Sub-series consists of the newsletter This Week at King's (aka TWAK), prepared by the KSU to inform the student body of upcoming events and interesting activities within the King's community.
